Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and the operator of QBRkit ("QBRkit", "we", "us"), reachable at [email protected]. By creating an account or using qbrkit.app, you agree to them. If you are using QBRkit for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
QBRkit turns the IT metrics you enter (manually or by CSV upload) into branded, shareable scorecard reports, and offers optional self-assessment modules such as the Cyber-Insurance Readiness assessment.
3. Your account
Keep your password confidential and your account email current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Plans and billing
QBRkit offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at $29 per month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial-month refunds by default, but if something went wrong, email us and we will make it right. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into QBRkit. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to submit the data you enter, including any personal data about other people. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use QBRkit to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and support
QBRkit is a small, independently run product. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Support is by email at [email protected].
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
QBRkit assessments, including the Cyber-Insurance Readiness module, are informational self-assessments only. They are not insurance advice, not a guarantee of insurability or premium outcomes, and not a substitute for a licensed insurance professional or a formal security audit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will delete your data within a reasonable period, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will note it on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use QBRkit after a change means you accept the new terms.
